WELL, I dunno if it's report worthy, but damn. I couldn't stop myself, that kind of thing annoys me. And I believe I saw KMV abusing his mod quite a few times ealier. Anyway, Yoh banned Smoku for 1 hour for insulting Impact, and his parents. Then when Yoh went AFK, KMV unbanned him, and banned him again when he was going somewhere. My point? He should leave him banned.
